All orders within mainland France are delivered free of charge. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.

EUROPE

Free above EUR150 - EUR12 below

Orders over EUR150 are delivered free of charge across the European Union. Orders below EUR150 are subject to a flat shipping fee of EUR12. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

UNITED KINGDOM

EUR18 - Customs duties at customer's expense

Orders to the United Kingdom are subject to a flat shipping fee of EUR18. In accordance with post-Brexit regulations, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Saint Atra Cura cannot be held liable for additional charges imposed by UK customs authorities. Delivery is typically 4–6 business days after dispatch.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is collected by the courier.

TRADE ACCOUNTS

Trade orders are subject to shipping rates applicable at the time of order. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume and destination, and will be confirmed at the time of order.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at bonjour@saintatracura.com with photographs. We will arrange replacement of any damaged items at no additional cost.
