Returns Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalty.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at bonjour@saintatracura.com within the 14-day period, stating your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a return address.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

• - The item received is defective
• - The item received does not match your order
• - The item was damaged in transit

In these cases, Saint Atra Cura will cover return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds for the product price will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except where the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

EXCEPTIONS

In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. We recommend not opening or using an item if you are considering returning it.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at bonjour@saintatracura.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
