240g premium borosilicate glass vessel. Handcrafted in small batches, Haute-Savoie. Self trimming cotton wick. Burn time approximately 55 hours. We recommend at least a one hour first burn.

A NOTE FROM THE PERFUMER

This is the version most people meet first, and the one we worried about most, because a rose that works at 640g can become insistent at 240g. The correction was not to the formula but to the wick: a narrower flame, a cooler pool, less of the heart pushed out at once. The rose arrives more slowly here and stays lower. What you notice instead is the iris and magnolia around it and then, once you have blown it out, the amber and musk, which hold in a small room for the better part of an hour. If you are buying it as a gift and are unsure whether the person likes rose, buy it anyway. It does not smell the way they are expecting.
